We are thrilled to welcome Liz O’Brien as our Principal and Chief of Staff at TFX Capital. She joins our team following an impactful two years as Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Learning Group (FLG). FLG is a content services provider backed by Achieve Partners that is powered by a global remote workforce of military spouses and veterans, where Liz continues to serve as Chairwoman of its Board of Directors.
Previously, Liz also worked at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce where she led Hiring our Heroes Military Spouse Program and served as Chairwoman for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Advisory Committee on Veterans Business Affairs. Building on these experiences and as a military spouse, Liz is no stranger to understanding the value of former military leaders’ experience and their service-driven mindset. Further, with over a decade of experience as a professional collegiate coach, Liz also understands the importance of building strong teams led by strong leaders.
